In this video, we will cover how to add or change your Form 345 subscription.  

In order to change your subscription, click on your profile icon on the top right, then click Manage Subscription.  If you are already subscribed to a package, you will need to cancel your existing subscription.  Then, sign up for the package of your choice.  We recommend doing this 1-2 days before your Issuer package renewal.  If you are canceling the On-Demand package, there aren’t any cancellation or renewal fees so you can cancel at any time.  Note, we can only provide refunds up to 14 days after the purchase of your new subscription.
